The gym is painfully small without air conditioning, the pool is unreasonably cold, and the spa seems to be perpetually closed!!! Elevator waits can be frustratingly long during busy times. What a letdown!!!

i almost thought this hotel would be magnificent, but the room cleanliness was shockingly subpar, and the rooftop pool was disappointingly covered. i expected a welcome gift for my troubles but received nothing. breakfast was a chaotic disaster with rowdy tourists everywhere. i just couldn’t overlook these major flaws. not worth the hype, really.

Amazing views but a bit of a trek!

I had a fab time with the ocean views from my room, just breathtaking! The breakfast was top-notch with lots of tasty options. However, the walk to the beach felt a bit longer than expected, especially in the heat. Also, they could really use more towels for families.

Had an awesome time with a room that had a stunning view and a surprise birthday cake waiting for us. Enjoyed unwinding at the outdoor pool and lounging in the sun by the poolside. The breakfast spread could've been more varied, but it didn't take away from our overall fun stay! 🎉
